Role & responsibilities Unit operational targets of C&T (Top line & bottom line of the project). Prevention planning towards anticipated challenges/threats. Overall accountability towards day to day operations of Unit C&T operations Liaise with the client, stakeholders and other agencies Create process & Systems with strict monitoring on all possible front. Team building and successor planning with special focus on operational team. Fleet management & Optimum utilization of asset. Routine check-up and field survey for the proper C&T operations. Timely Deployment of manpower and equipment as per MIOP Planning of Bin placement and compactor routing to increase operational efficiency Optimization of BOV routes to cover max House holds Escalate material deficiency affecting operation and ensure 100% availability of equipment coordinating with other stakeholders Assist Zonal Heads in formulating strategy to improve Segregation and reduce land fill Ensure all complaints are addressed with in SLA Coordinate and support IEC team in increasing waste segregation awareness and conducting IEC activities Welfare of workers (route their concerns through proper channel and take it to logical conclusion) Optimal utilization of the Fleet and arrest any misuse of fleet by Supervisors/ Drivers Ensure EHS compliances are met Ensure KPI parameters are met.
