Role & responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of the sites through CCTV live feed at the OPEC center
• Verify active & inactive sites, cameras and escalate to the respective site head for initiating action
• Monitor continuously the incinerator location where the incinerator is operational
• Any abnormality observed at any site during real-time monitoring, report through mobile call & emails to the respective site heads and responsible members
• During real-time monitoring team to consider the following aspects and report any abnormalities related to the same
• PPE usage by operators during operations
• Any safety Near miss, Unsafe act, or Unsafe condition incidents
• Any kind of deviation in the operational (Safety) processes
• Any other irregular movements & activities
• Start hourly monitoring of CEMS (Continuous emission monitoring system) for the sites where incinerator is operational. If any abnormality is observed during monitoring, report immediately to the site heads / responsible personnel at site to initiate action
• At the end of each shift (A, B & C) prepare MIS and update daily reports
• Follow up with concerned site heads/operation heads regarding pending issues
• Night shift team to update Day summary / MIS reports (GPS, CEMS) after midnight and store in the Google Drive
• Ensure OPEC systems are periodically maintained (software, hardware)
• Adhere to the established SOPs & guidelines to ensure effectiveness of the OPEC
• Safety incident reporting in Protect tool
• Real time monitoring of the fleet with GPS tool
• Attending the Customer calls for C&D business and reporting to the C&D team

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience in Industrial Safety requirements, best practices
• Awareness on Waste Management
• Very good in observation Skills
• Understanding of basic Industrial processes
• Communication skills
• Working experience in MS Office (Excel, word, Email)
• Preferable languages: Telugu, Hindi, English
• Technical Diploma / Degree from Non-Technical
• Qualified in Safety certification (optional)
• MS Office
