Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Induction and joining formalities for new joiners at the site. Maintain updated org. chart, RRAs, and KRAs of all employees. Coordinate with talent engagement team for Joining, probation confirmation,employee engagement, and Exits. Coordinate with talent engagement team for Joining, probation confirmation, employee engagement, and Exits. Talent development to conduct the training sessions and bridge the performance gaps. Admin activities at the site, like transportation, canteen, guesthouse management, and travel reimbursements. Ensure renewal of licenses as per the factories act, Statutory compliances, and CSR activities. Initiate disciplinary issues, employee grievance handling & contract labor management. Maintain up-to-date site-level HR metrics Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have 6+ years of Site HR experience with strong IR, Legal and Payroll knowledge.
