Area 1: Talent Management Create a transparent and respectful feedback session in the branches. Between SCH & CH/Doctors and CH & Branch Team on a weekly/Bi Weekly basis. Make a performance rating system as a process for the team on monthly basis. a. Create reward & recognition for top performers. b. Identify training needs for mid range performers. c. Understand the reason for poor performance and ensure smooth transition takes place. To collect and give the report to SCH & Head HR for PMS half yearly basis . Area 2: Learning and Development Identify the training needs of the branch staff and ensure regular training session to improve team performance. Area 3: Business Knowledge . Understand the clinical aspects of an eye hospital; Understand the common eye disorders and treatments available at Dr. Agarwals. Understand the branch performance and every month business performance. Area 4: Talent Acquisition Focus on medico and non -medico recruitment of the branches. Build a talent pipeline system for effective TAT management. Prepare and analyse recruitment report regularly to monitor manpower cost and revenue comparison. Area 5: HR Operations Ensure employee records are well maintained; ensure smooth functioning of basic processes including salary payments, compliance (PF, Gratuity, ESI, insurance etc.), increments etc. Plan, Budget and implement employee engagement & team bonding initiatives. Be the one point of contact for the branch staff for all escalations, grievances, suggestions and ensure smooth functioning of all branches. Create a process to handle grievances and complaints
