The ideal candidate will bring expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization, along with a strong analytical and data-driven approach. This role demands individuals with robust procurement knowledge, a background in top corporates, and an academic foundation in supply chain management. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Strategic Sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Evaluate and manage supplier performance, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. • Drive supplier selection processes and develop long-term supplier relationships. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and negotiate contracts to achieve savings. • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support sourcing strategies. • Utilize ERP systems for procurement activities and data management. • Perform detailed data analysis and reporting to support sourcing decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing aligns with project and operational needs Mandatory Qualifications & Skills: • Education: BE / BBA / MCom with an MBA, preferably with coursework in Supply Chain Management (SCM). • 3 -10 years of relevant sourcing experience, preferably in top corporates. • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. • Strong skills in ERP usage (SAP, Oracle, etc.). • Ability to travel as per business needs. • Demonstrated strength in data orientation and analytical thinking. Desirable Skills: • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). • Exposure to Contract Management and legal aspects of procurement. • Experience in International Sourcing and dealing with global suppliers
