Job Description

HR

RECRUITMENT:

1. Arranging the candidates for Regional, Divisional, Branch and Transhipment level candidates Right person for right position. Getting the candidates from different sources Naukri.com and other portals and other sources also.

2. Induction for all new joiners.

3. Co-ordinating with HO for assessment of Trainees and Probation confirmations with final approval from Director.

4. Monitoring and follow up for Salary preparation and in time disburse to staffs.

5. Supervising and follow up Full and Final settlements

6. Co-ordinate with all divisional In charges, Accounting branch managers and Transhipment in charges for smooth HR and Administration operations.

7. Monitoring and Routine follow up with under staffs and all accounting branches for statutory payments in time pay to concerned government authority ESI,PF,PT, LWF, Etc

8. Monitoring and follow up statutory compliances and understanding to staffs statutory benefits.

9. Supervising and monitoring Region staffs leaves and long absenteeism and update to director sir. And action takes as per Director sir order.

10. Supervising for sending to notices.

11. Communication with Divisional, Branch and Transhipment managers’ discussion about staff short and excess and staff grievances.

12. Staffs graveness Handling

13. Based on Director sir order issuing transfer letters and follow up.

14. Ensure and follow up smooth maintenance for staff residences arranging the requirements with approval of Director sir.

ADMINISTRATION

1. RECORDS MAINTAINING: Maintaining the company own property records sale deed and other records, Ensure the every year in time Property tax payment.

2. Ensure all branches rent agreements maintaining and Renewal the same in time when its required.

3. When required any branch godown has to change as per order of Director sir searching new godown and prepare the agreement and Branch setup.

4. PURCHASING: Prepare the proposal for new requirements for purchasing Two wheelers and other company assets with Director sir approval and maintenance.

5. Observation and communication with all branch, divisional and transhipment managers for smooth maintaining the company assets.

6. Every month follow up for Fire Extinguishers & Weighing scales renewal requirements

And smooth functioning.

7. Following Two wheelers insurance maintaining and renewals.

8. ETc

LEGAL

1. Co-ordinate with company tie up advocate.

2. Filling of suits concerned courts when required after final Director sir order.

3. Attending the court cases and Maintain the court diary.

4. When required getting the approval from director sir close the claim matters with maximum negotiation.

5. Replay for all legal notices like labor department, commercial tax department, Excise department if any other notices came to company.
