Position:

About the Role

Deputy Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and outlet-level roles.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
Develop and manage vendor relationships to build a sustainable hiring pipeline.

Payroll & Compliance:

Oversee payroll processing in coordination with finance and vendor partners.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure audit readiness.

Talent Management & Employee Engagement:

Support performance management processes, appraisals, and goal setting.
Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Drive training, learning, and development programs.

Employee Welfare & Administration:

Address employee queries and grievances with empathy and professionalism.
Implement HR policies and welfare initiatives across locations.
Coordinate HR communication and support for new outlets or regions.

Desired Profile

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or F&B.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee life cycle management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, agile, and comfortable working in a high-growth, multi-site environment.
