Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bangalore

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Review employment agreements and HR-related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Verify contract details such as start dates, compensation, clauses, and signatures to ensure all information is correct and up to date. Identify gaps or inconsistencies in the agreements, such as missing clauses, outdated terms, or discrepancies between contract content and company standards. Document observations and findings from agreement reviews in a structured format. Collaborate with senior HR team members to escalate and clarify any legal or policy concerns found during the review process. Update and maintain records of agreements and related documentation in a central repository. Use Microsoft Excel to prepare detailed reports, including summary tables, charts, and observations on reviewed agreements. Track the status of agreements reviewed, highlighting those needing follow-up or corrections. Support audit and compliance activities by organizing documents and ensuring alignment with HR policies.
