Role Description This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in Bangalore . The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, personnel management, and compliance support. While the internship will provide exposure across HR activities, the major focus will be on recruitment coordination , which will involve consultant coordination, candidate communication, maintaining hiring trackers, and working extensively on Excel for reports and databases.
