Responsibilities

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Techsol Engineers, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Utilizing your knowledge of MS-Office, English proficiency, HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, exit formalities, performance management, and employee relations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings.
Supporting onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork.
Managing exit formalities for departing employees, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring a smooth offboarding process.
Assisting with performance management processes, such as setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
Handling employee relations issues and inquiries, providing support and guidance as needed.
Maintaining accurate HRIS records and ensuring data integrity.
Collaborating with team members on various HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
