Job Summary: As a DevOps Engineer-I at Increff, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the infrastructure and automation pipelines that empower our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently and reliably. You will work closely with the development team to streamline our software development lifecycle, improve system stability, and foster a DevOps culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their DevOps skills in a dynamic and technically challenging environment. What does team do: Our DevOps team excels in automating cloud infrastructure using cutting-edge IaC tools, working hand-in-hand with developers to streamline deployment of our core applications. We manage multi-cloud environments spanning both GCP and Azure, orchestrating containerized workloads through Kubernetes and Docker while implementing GitOps practices via ArgoCD. Beyond infrastructure provisioning, we maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions with ELK . Our responsibility extends to mastering industry-specific standards and best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across our technology stack. Responsibilities: - Participate in the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions , Bitbucket Pipelines ). - Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef. - Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the development, testing, and production environments. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of monitoring and alerting systems. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into their workflows. - Document processes and procedures related to infrastructure and deployments. - Participate in on-call rotation as needed. - Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
