Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location: Peenya, Bangalore Department: Engineering Reports To: Business Head / Project Manager Employment Type: Full-time About The Company We are an engineering solutions company specializing in industrial automation, infrastructure, manufacturing, or EPC projects. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, we deliver turnkey engineering projects and services across automotive, energy, process industries, etc. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in electrical design, and a practical understanding of project execution. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electrical systems, single-line diagrams (SLDs), control circuits, and panel layouts. Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, cable schedules, and load calculations. Conduct site visits for inspection, commissioning, troubleshooting, and quality checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, civil, automation) to deliver integrated engineering solutions. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (IEC, IS, NEC). Coordinate with vendors and clients for technical clarifications and product approvals. Monitor project timelines, budget adherence, and prepare technical documentation and reports. Participate in FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in electrical design and execution in an industrial or EPC environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment selection, and protection schemes. Familiarity with AutoCAD, EPlan, or similar tools for electrical drafting. Understanding of PLC/MCC panels, drives, motors, transformers, and switchgear. Hands-on experience with field commissioning and troubleshooting. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with energy efficiency and power quality solutions. Exposure to electrical safety standards and audits. Knowledge of renewable energy systems (e.g., solar PV) is a plus.
