Deputy Manager

Primary objectives of this is "To ensure high-quality execution of soil and water conservation works through effective coordination and partnership with implementing agencies".

He/She should have passed at least B.E/B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering and should have at least 6 to 10 years of experience of Soil & Water Conservation in development sector. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

Program Designing- a) Identification of suitable sites for soil and water conservation in strategic CSR locations, b) Preparation of detailed action plan and strategy for the approved concepts/ projects, c) Ensure Micro planning of various project activities, d) Rationalized financial planning of approved projects

Project Implementation- a) Ensure implementation of assigned projects as per the approved action plan/DPR, b) Effective utilization of funds allocated for Projects & evidence verification, c) Coordination with team members/Partner NGOs to adhere to the micro planning of various projects, d) Ensure execution of innovative ideas in projects/ processes, e) Ensure technical feasibility of SWC structures as per standards and internal approval

Partnership Management- a) Review of due diligence and other compliances of the partner organizations, b) Ensure coordination with partner organization and other stakeholders, c) Ensure physical and financial reports on time as per project agreement and compliance

Documentation & Communication-  a) Timely collection & compilation of data/ information of assigned projects, b) Ensure documentation of project activities at various level, c) Produce analytic project assessment reports of various projects, d) Ensure preparation of periodic MIS and communication with reporting manager/ stakeholders, e) Preparation of other project related documents such as case studies, news articles, reports etc.
