Job Description: Propfinder is looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and generating leads for property sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Generate and qualify leads, and forward them to the sales team. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with customers to understand requirements and schedule meetings/site visits. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Build and maintain good relationships with clients through effective communication. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience as a telecaller/customer support/inside sales executive (Real Estate preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejections and work with a target-driven mindset. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Languages known: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil (preferred). Education: Minimum PUC/Graduate in any discipline.
