Job Description: Propfinder is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing sales operations while ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Set monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and ensure achievement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives. Conduct regular sales reviews, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management. Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management. Requirements: Minimum 4–8years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in real estate sales preferred. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions. Target-driven mindset with proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil (preferred). Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
