Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Retention

  • End-to-end recruitment for lateral hires, associates, and support staff.
  • Build strong hiring funnels via campus outreach, LinkedIn, and legal networks.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition in legal teams.

Performance Management

  • Drive appraisal cycles, promotions, and career development frameworks.
  • Set up KPIs & OKRs aligned with practice heads.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Create initiatives for lawyer well-being, mentorship, and balance.
  • Organize firm-wide cultural and team-building activities.

Learning & Development

  • Set up structured training programs (legal skills + soft skills).
  • Partner with external trainers and institutions.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, POSH, and other HR compliances.
  • Update HR policies in line with best practices in the legal industry.

Strategic HR & Employer Branding

  • Position Fox Mandal & Associates as an attractive employer in the legal market.
  • Lead diversity, inclusion, and next-gen leadership initiatives.
