Job Title: Sales Executive – Manufacturing Industry Location :- Mumbai Industry: Manufacturing (e.g., Engineering, Steel, Cement, Textiles, etc.) Experience: 2–5 years (preferably in B2B/industrial product sales) Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred Travel: Frequent local travel to client sites required Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive B2B environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads in assigned regions through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and industry networks. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments (production, dispatch, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery and service. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with trends. Maintain sales pipeline and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports. Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills Confidence in handling industrial/B2B clients Ability to understand technical product details Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Background: Experience in selling industrial products, machinery, construction materials, or manufacturing goods Familiarity with field sales and client visits Regional language fluency is a bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: Manufacturing Sales: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
