Role Summary: Seeking a Sales specialist (construction materials) with at least 2 years of experience in service-based industries. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and sales closures , with a strong focus on building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and research. Interact with decision-makers, understand their needs, and pitch relevant services. Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports. Must-Have Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B sales experience in services like consulting, SaaS, recruitment, etc. Proven ability in lead generation and deal closure. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills. Target-driven and proactive. Preferred: Experience in consultative or enterprise sales. Strategic thinking with execution capabilities.
