Overview

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Global Mobility Operations team. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing data across our mobility programs, enabling strategic decision-making through accurate reporting, financial tracking, and data consolidation.This is a senior individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & Insights
  • Design and maintain robust reporting frameworks for KPIs, SLAs, program volume, and spend.
  • Develop and deliver detailed reports on metrics such as Assignment Success Rate, Time to Fill, Employee Satisfaction, Attrition Rate, and Program Utilization.
  • Translate data into clear insights and trends to support leadership decisions.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified reporting view.
Financial Tracking
  • Track purchase order (PO) balances against estimates and flag variances.
  • Support accurate billing, accruals, and forecasting across decentralized cost centers.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure alignment on mobility-related financials.
Data Management & Integrity
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
  • Promote best practices for data entry and maintenance across the mobility team.
  • Lead data consolidation initiatives to streamline reporting into a single source of truth.
  • Maintain mastery of internal and vendor data sources to optimize utilization.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary liaison for data-related topics between Global Mobility, Finance, and other business units.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to identify data requirements and ensure comprehensive input for analysis.
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks related to data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with PO and billing processes in a corporate setting.
  • SQL proficiency for querying and extracting data.
  • Experience with HR systems or mobility platforms (e.g., Workday, Topia, SAP).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Experience working in agile environments and adapting to evolving stakeholder needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or MIS Analyst role (experience in HR, finance, or global mobility is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong financial analysis skills including budget tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Experience consolidating data from multiple systems and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of transactional data.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexible Work Hours: Ability to accommodate stakeholders in various time zones by working flexibly outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Self-Motivation and Accountability: Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
