The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of Global Mobility experience, including 2-3 years team supervisory experience. Approximately 40% of the role focuses on team management and stakeholder engagement, while 60% is dedicated to overseeing daily operational tasks. Responsibilities Team Leadership Monitor Objectives: Track team performance against defined goals, monitor task completion and workflow efficiency, identify roadblocks, and provide timely feedback Collaborate: Foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth. Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for regional teams for the tasks transitioned, ensuring smooth communication and handovers. Operational Execution and oversight Oversight, review and execution of expatriate tax related mobility operational matters, including: Taxation And Payroll The preparation, review and coordination of annual tax authorization processes. Compensation data collection and timely distribution of the required data. Tracking and collection of tax equalization balances, refunds and other cash settlements. Data entry and tracking of compensation and benefits elements to support and facilitate payroll reporting. Tracking and reporting on the status and progress of tax compliance seasons. Immigration & Visa Processing Review the preparation of business visa support documents (e.g., invitation, Support letters and port-of-entry letters), Validate business visa activities, Business visa application preparation as needed. Oversee compliance with global entry procedures and other compliance regulations for remote workers, in accordance with established SOPs and risk framework. Qualifications Experience & Leadership Experience: 6-10 years in Global Mobility in high volume SLA driven Organisation, with 2-3 years team supervisory experience. Team Management: Proven ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Delegate tasks effectively, give constructive feedback, and foster growth and development within the team.
