Job Role:

Project Systems Business Analyst Experienced Project Systems Consultant with exposure to Real Estate and Infrastructure clients and construction processes. Experienced with deep knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA PS, A-Site, MS Projects, Q-cop Experience • 7-8 years of hands-on SAP PS consulting and implementation experience in the construction sector and less on Leasing • Experience in MS Projects, Visilean, Q-cop and other best of breed solutions for Projects & Construction function etc. • Experience in driving closure of Fit- Gap with business counter parts and put objective lense on SI steering across stages - build, testing, deployment, and support. • Should be able to successfully drive closure on test scripts covering functional processes validated with business owners/project managers and other business counter parts • Experienced in providing business critical understanding on cross functional area’s - specifically within the Real Estate and construction sector, addressing its unique project structure design, milestones, project scheduling, progress tracking, planning & budgeting, project financials related requirements Job Description • Review and validate design documents, business process flows functional specifications, user manuals, test scripts shared by implementation partner • Execute transaction testing for Projects function processes (cost planning, budgeting with controls, cost allocations, project cash flow & profitability etc.) • Conduct integrated scenario testing with other value streams – finance and controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution(CRM) • Validate cutover data for master data (Project Structures, BoQ tagged budgets etc.) and transactional data migration • Train end users on PS processes • SAP PS module skill requirements : o Project Structures, WBS Elements, Network & Activities. o Cost & Revenue Planning, Budgeting, Status Management. o Milestone billing & revenue recognition for time linked & construction linked billing milestones. o Results Analysis (RA), revenue & cost recognition, WIP calculations cost object controlling o Project Progress tracking, financial analysis and reporting. o Integration with Project progress tracking solutions • MS Projects, Visilean, Q-cop, A-site skill requirements : o Master Project Plan o Detailed Scheduling o Daily Construction Progress tracking and schedule revisions o Digital Construction Audit management o Construction Quality Management o Project planning and forecasting analytics Real Estate Projects function Experience • Design and implementation experience of Real estate specific Project processes including Tower level Cost & Revenue structuring, Project Financial simulation, Master Plan and detailed project scheduling • Successfully executed cutover migration, including end-to-end historical data migration for closed and ongoing projects. • Reviewed the process, data and technology design for Project function • Experience in cross-functional integrations with finance, controlling, sales, procurement and inventory management. • Designed and implemented third-party integrations between SAP PS, MS Projects, Visilean, Primavera etc. • Support business users of Projects and Construction function across project planning & scheduling, cost planning, budgeting, progress tracking, schedule revisions, construction quality management etc. • Developed management and operational reporting for Projects functions Consulting / Domain Experience • Acted as functional consultant for Projects function related SAP PS and ecosystem solutions with real estate industry–specific expertise. • Experienced in validating the test scripts, executing testing and end-user training workshops for Projects & Construction function digitization using SAP PS, MS Projects, Visilean, Q-cop and other products. • Experienced in collaborating with finance, sales, procurements, quality & projects business teams • Executed the process design discussions, master data preparation & transactional cutover • Managed hypercare and support phases, including categorizing and prioritizing issues based on complexity. Business Analyst Responsibilities • Fit-Gap for Project Systems process & data design in SAP PS, A-site, Q-cop, Visilean, MS Projects etc. • Discuss with business and provide functional specification inputs to SI for customization • Perform unit testing of module specific testing scenarios • Validate the integrated scenario test scripts • Perform the integrated scenario testing with SI • Support on master and transactional data conversion, migration and data validation • Run User acceptance testing and end-user training • Provide Hypercare support to L1 issues like Master data changes, period open/closed etc. on baseline issues and timely communication to Support partners to manage L2, L3 issues. Overall Roles & Responsibilities • Act as core team member for SAP Projects suite and best of breed solutions for Projects & Construction • Provide first-level review of partner deliverables across SAP PS, A-site, Q-cop, MS Projects, Visilean and other solutions • Support business teams in overall adoption and change management • Support on day-to-day issue management
