Promote and sell agricultural loan products such as Kisan Credit Cards, crop loans, dairy/poultry loans, and farm equipment loans.
Identify potential customers in rural and semi-urban areas through field visits and local networking.
Generate leads and follow up for conversions and documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with farmers, self-help groups, FPOs, and local influencers.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines during the loan process.
Regularly update and maintain customer databases and sales reports.
Work closely with the branch and credit team to ensure fast processing and disbursal of loans.
