Role Lead HSW Job Level/ Designation M2 / HSW Function / Department Circle Operations/O&M Location Circle Central Office Job Purpose Promoting healthy, safe and wellbeing working cluster/methods and practices in the workplace. Ensuring HSW across the complete technology organization. Identifying, recording and reporting hazards, accidents, injuries and health issues. Assisting with investigation of accidents, studying possible causes and providing remedial advice. Assuring compliance with local regulatory safety standards/codes and PPE till last mile. Ensure required communication, training till last mile Drive IP partners for necessary adherence On ground audit of 5 to 10% activities under execution Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Implementation of HSW standards across technology domain i.e. Mobility, Fiber, Transport, Enterprise, Projects and Core. Identification and delivery of training needs across the domains HSW induction to all new joiners in technology and periodic refresher trainings to the complete manpower Timely completion of HSW audits of MTXs, Cell sites, UBR sites, VTH sites, Vehicles, Bikes and Fibre work etc in the network. Conduct periodic and surprise audit across domains and publish report and drive corrective actions for closure. Coordinate across technology domains and VHs for timely audits and support them in implementation of standards across their respective domains. Timely submission of HSW reports to corporate HSW and tech teams. Timely incident reporting and completion of investigation and report submission. Coordinate with IP vendors for timely completion of IV72 compliance at sites. Coordinate with IPs for the closure of punch point timely based on the criticality of the observations. Report any substandard practices or substandard practices related to HSW to CTO for timely action. Ensure that circle remains in green category in HSW ranking all the time. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 10-12 Years of experience in the field of HSW for service provider/OEM environment Experience of Health Safety & Wellbeing. Must have good analytics and interpersonal skills. Must have technical / professional qualifications BE or B.Tech Certification in HSW area is preffered.
