Sales Coordinator

Role Overview: As an Order Processor, your primary responsibility will be to handle and process sales orders with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery to customers. Additionally, you will be involved in data management by maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records within CRM systems. Your role will also include organizing and maintaining sales files and important sales-related documents, as well as monitoring inventory levels for sales materials and coordinating with supply chain teams. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and process sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery - Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM systems - Organize and maintain sales files and important sales-related documents - Monitor inventory levels for sales materials and coordinate with supply chain teams - Create and present sales reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and department progress - Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations and proposals - Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team - Ensure sales-related equipment, materials, and promotional materials are up-to-date Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in order processing and sales support roles - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management - Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Note: The job type is full-time, and the work location is in-person.
