Job Role :-Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team specializing in wooden flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive sales in a retail environment. Youll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through product selection and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in the showroom, understanding their flooring needs and preferences
Provide expert advice on wooden flooring products, finishes, installation methods, and maintenance
Demonstrate product samples and explain features, benefits, and pricing
Prepare accurate quotations and assist in closing sales
Maintain showroom appearance and ensure product displays are up-to-date
Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive repeat business
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
