About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Vendor Coordinator with expertise in IT Infrastructure and System Integration (SI). The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales operations, vendor management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with vendors for procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.

· Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

· Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

· Support end-to-end sales cycle, from lead management to order processing and closure.

· Coordinate with system integration partners for solution delivery and implementation.

· Maintain and update records of vendor agreements, contracts, and pricing.

· Collaborate with internal technical teams to align vendor offerings with client requirements.

· Track purchase orders, deliveries, and ensure timely invoicing.

· Provide regular reports on sales activities, vendor performance, and procurement status.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in IT sales coordination, vendor management, or procurement (preferably in Infrastructure & SI industry).

· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure products (servers, storage, networking, cloud, security, etc.).

· Good negotiation and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP tools.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
