The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting inside and field sales operations, handling quotations, client communication, coordination with OEMS AND LOGISTICS, and ensuring smooth order processing from inquiry to dispatch.
1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and provide timely responses.
2. Prepare and send quotation, pricing sheets, and product comparisons (Excel/PDF).
3. Coordinate with BDM/Field sales team to support client visits and project updates.
4. Follow with customers for pending quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
5. Liaise with OEMs/ Vendors (Vertiv, Eton, Netrack, D-Link, etc.) for pricing, lead time, and material availability.
6. Manage order tracking, dispatch coordination, and delivery follow-up with logistics team.
7. Maintain and update CRM/Excel-Based lead tracker for all customer communication.
8. Support marketing/ inside sales in email campaigns, tele calling, and lead follow-ups.
9. Coordinate with accounts for invoice and payment status updates.
10. Ensure smooth communication between sales, warehouse, and purchase department.
