We are hiring BDM - IT Hardware (Server Racks, Network Racks, PDUs, UPS, DC Infra, Structured Cabling) for Delhi NCR Role Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for field sales and client acquisition in Delhi NCR region for Server Racks & PDUs. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, meet corporate clients, generate enquiries, and close sales through technical and commercial discussions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visit potential customers (corporate offices, IT integrators, dealers, distributors) for Server Rack & PDU sales. 2. Generate new leads and enquiries through market visits, references, and cold calls. 3. Prepare quotation / techno-commercial offers in coordination with inside sales team. 4. Maintain relationship with existing clients and ensure repeat business. 5. Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for price negotiation & order execution. 6. Update management on daily visits, enquiry status, and market feedback. 7. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for Racks & PDU segment. 8. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and vendor meetings for business promotion. 9. Ensure proper documentation, order follow-up, and payment collection. 10. Maintain client database, visit records, and sales reports. Key Skills Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge of Server Racks (42U, Wallmount, 2-Post, Open Racks) and PDUs (basic, metered, iPDU). - Experience in B2B / channel / institutional sales. - Should be confident, target-oriented, and field-active. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email communication & quotation handling. - Should own a two-wheeler for field visits (preferred).
