Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Continental Kitchen operations.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of Continental dishes maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistent performance.
  • Manage inventory, purchase of ingredients, and cost control.
  • Innovate and introduce new Continental recipes and menu items.
  • Monitor portion control, wastage, and adherence to budget.
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes.


Required Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Chef in Continental cuisine, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Good team management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
