Role & responsibilities Visit schools or go on the field whenever required to pitch and present our ERP and LMS solutions. Conduct product demos for school management and stakeholders. Regularly follow up with leads to close sales and achieving monthly/quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers. Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and respond to client issues via chat/email. Provide ERP training and onboarding support to new clients (schools & coaching centers). Assist clients remotely using tools like AnyDesk to troubleshoot technical issues. Analyze, test, and escalate system-related concerns reported by users. Might require occasional travel to schools or client locations for smooth ERP onboarding or to provide on-site assistance when requested. Maintain accurate logs of support interactions and client issues. Strong communication skills in English. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech or M.Tech. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and operational software. Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
