Sales Director
to spearhead revenue growth across our B2B education portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that expand our presence in schools and institutions, strengthen client relationships, and scale adoption of our educational programs and solutions. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement end-to-end sales strategies for school-focused programs, services, and product lines.Set annual and quarterly revenue targets, track performance, and drive initiatives to exceed goals.Identify potential markets, regions, and school clusters to expand the organization’s B2B footprint.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with school promoters, management teams, principals, coordinators, and academic heads.Conduct high-impact meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to institutional needs.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements to secure long-term engagements.Represent the organization at education fairs, leadership summits, workshops, and networking events.Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration
Hire, mentor, and guide members of the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Drive performance management through regular reviews, field coaching, and capability-building initiatives.Work collaboratively with content, operations, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.Market Intelligence & Outreach Activities
Monitor trends in education, curriculum adoption, SEL/values-based learning, and digital interventions to identify new business opportunities.Oversee outreach events, seminars, and school engagement programs to generate leads and increase visibility.Maintain an organized database of schools, prospects, and active accounts across multiple regions.Reporting, Analysis & Operational Excellence
Prepare sales forecasts, weekly dashboards, and quarterly performance summaries for leadership review.Manage sales and marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.Oversee development of proposals, pitch decks, promotional materials, and institutional presentations.Maintain vendor relationships associated with marketing, printing, events, and lead-generation activities.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Education-related disciplines.Minimum 3 years
of experience in educational sales, institutional outreach, or school partnerships.Prior exposure to Values Education, SEL, Life Skills, or Character Education
programs is highly preferred.Proven track record of achieving significant revenue milestones, preferably ₹50 lakhs+ annually
.Strong network of at least 50+ school leaders
across regions.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, and PowerPoint.Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision-making.Ability to conduct large-group sessions, seminars, or consulting discussions with educators.Up-to-date understanding of both digital and traditional marketing practices.Willingness to travel up to 10 days per month
