Job Description

As a Sales Manager at REBERT Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in leading the brand strategy, campaigns, and growth initiatives in the education sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media marketing efforts, and leading the sales team. Your role will also involve communicating with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth within the EdTech domain. Key Responsibilities: - Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals - Assist in the development of the sales plan, prepare forecasts, and KPI reporting for sales leaders and upper management - Build processes and funnels for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion - Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals - Work collaboratively across teams including Engineering, Product, and Marketing - Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally Qualifications Required: - Must have experience in EdTech Sales Go To Market Strategy and Expansion - Location: Based in Pune (Work from Office/Home) - Tenure: Minimum 1 to 2 years - Passion for Startup, Sales, and Go To Market Strategy - Domain of experience in Sales and Marketing, Business Management Additional Company Details: REBERT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a professional team of talented designers and developers delivering creative websites, mobile applications, and software projects to clients across India. With a focus on skill-based and industry-relevant education, the company is expanding into the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate for this role will have the opportunity to shape the sales organization and scale revenue to the next level, by architecting a sales strategy and building a team of Account Executives and SDRs across enterprise and mid-market sales.
