Job Description

As a Sales Director for real estate sales in Hyderabad, India, your role will involve leading a large sales team, driving business growth in residential and commercial sales, and nurturing strong client relationships. If you are a strategic thinker, a skilled people leader, and adept at closing deals, this senior leadership position offers you the opportunity to have a significant impact and advance your career. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Drive business growth through new project launches, direct sales, and channel partnerships. - Monitor market trends and competition to enhance sales approaches. - Lead, mentor, and motivate sales managers and executives to achieve top performance. - Utilize KPIs, training programs, and performance reviews to improve team outcomes. - Establish strong connections with NRIs, HNIs, institutional investors, and corporate clients. - Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align objectives. - Ensure seamless sales processes, track pipelines, and ensure timely deal closures. - Manage pricing, discounts, and contract negotiations. - Provide regular performance reports to leadership. - Represent the company at expos, investor meetings, and client events. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 12-16 years of demonstrated experience in real estate sales, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Profound knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market (both residential and commercial segments). - Experience in leading and inspiring large sales teams. - Strong negotiation skills, networking abilities, and relationship-building expertise. - Comfortable handling high-value deals under pressure. - Proficient in CRM systems, digital tools, and analytics.
