Timings: Monday to Saturday (11 AM to 8 PM)

Job Brief

One of our prestigious client is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, and accounting transactions, and carries proficiency in Excel and Tally. This role requires ensuring all cash transactions are accurately accounted for and updated on the same day.

Responsibilities

• Accurately account for all cash transactions and ensure they are recorded promptly.
• Post specific transactions into the Tally accounting system as required.
• Ensure all transactions are updated on the same day.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Type and print letters as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
• Maintain basic bookkeeping records and ensure they are updated regularly.
• Provide general administrative support as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
• Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is a MUST.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
