Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in IT sales with a focus on hardware (servers, storage, networking) and software solutions (Hybrid cloud, security, enterprise applications). Strong relationships with key enterprise clients and channel partners. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in handling large deals, RFPs, and enterprise account management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills Experience in selling IT solutions in BFSI, Media, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail. Understanding of Hybrid cloud computing, AI-driven solutions, and managed services. Ability to leverage CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
