Job Description

As an Account Manager at our Pune office, your primary responsibility will involve supporting client portfolio management, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions. Your client-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and knack for identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior account managers in handling client portfolios, creating presentations, drafting proposals, and generating performance reports. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, ensuring prompt responses and resolution of inquiries. - Collaborate with various teams (sales, product, operations, support) to meet client requirements effectively. - Aid in client onboarding processes and conduct product demonstrations. - Update and maintain CRM records using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to track interactions, renewals, and revenue opportunities. - Support lead qualification, outreach campaigns, and contribute to upselling/cross-selling efforts. - Monitor client health, adoption, and satisfaction levels to minimize churn and maximize renewals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a customer-facing role. - Previous experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
