As the General Manager Sales for HKB Group's real estate division in Zirakpur, Mohali, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales team to drive project revenue. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and guiding the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Developing and executing strategic sales plans for current and upcoming real estate projects. - Cultivating leads, managing client relationships, and closing significant deals. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities. - Collaborating with marketing, CRM, and site teams for smooth sales operations. - Presenting project offerings to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. - Supervising team performance, providing training, and ensuring motivation among team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. A solid understanding of sales cycles in residential and commercial real estate is essential, along with a target-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
