We are a modern, customer-centric restaurant and craft brewery known for great food, premium beverages, and an energetic atmosphere. We're looking for a dynamic Restaurant & Brewery Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete operations of the restaurant and brewery floor
Lead and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ensure high standards of food, service, cleanliness, and compliance
Manage inventory, stock levels, supplier relations, and ordering
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and brewery staff to maintain smooth operations
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain cost control, billing, daily reports, and cash handling
Plan and execute promotional events or theme nights
Ensure licensing, hygiene, and safety compliance
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
4–8 years of experience in F&B or hospitality operations (restaurant/brewery experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Sound knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and vendor coordination
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and peak times
