About the Role We are looking for an experienced and visionary SPM – Generative AI Product to lead the development and scaling of next-generation AI products. In this role, you will drive strategy, execution, and innovation across AI-powered experiences, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, data science, research, and design teams. You will shape the roadmap and bring cutting-edge AI solutions to life across key business verticals. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Generative AI initiatives. Translate deep tech capabilities into scalable products and customer-centric solutions. Collaborate with researchers and engineers to commercialize LLM, NLP, vision, and multi-modal models. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, MVP, launch, growth, and scaling. Identify new market opportunities and develop AI-based solutions for internal and external customers. Ensure products meet ethical, security, compliance, and data privacy standards. Drive go-to-market and monetization strategies for AI products across industries (e.g., finance, retail, healthcare, etc.). Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving Gen AI ecosystem, including open-source tools, startups, and research. Qualifications 4+ years in product management and 2+ years in AI/ML-based products, ideally with GenAI applications. Strong technical understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformers, and AI infrastructure. Proven experience shipping GenAI or ML-based products in production environments. Deep understanding of user experience in AI-driven interfaces (e.g., chatbots, copilots, content generation). Excellent cross-functional leadership, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML toolchains (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Vertex AI). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields. MBA or equivalent is a plus. Preferred ExperienceExperience in building AI platforms or developer APIs.
