Merchant Onboarding Manager - Fintech

Job Description To provide Payment Aggregation service to its Merchants, BillDesk needs to reach out to the various Banks for issuance of Merchant IDs. This involves the following activities Scrutinise the Merchant onboarding requests received, before sending the requests to the Banks Understand the Merchant’s payment method requirements, the nature of its business and raise Merchant ID issuance requests with various Banks Liaison with Banks for issuance of Merchant IDs. In case queries are raised by Banks, coordinate with Relationship Managers at BillDesk to respond to such queries. Manage MIS reports, keep the teams informed on receipt of Merchant IDs from the banks and rejection cases Ensure that there are minimum errors and due compliance norms are followed Requirements Should have experience in handling the onboarding process of legal entities.
