• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using various channels including job boards, social
media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure role alignment.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Employee Forums as an employer of choice.
• Ensure adherence to HR best practices, internal policies, and employment law compliance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Solid understanding of full life cycle recruiting and hiring practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and fast-paced environment
