Role Description

This is a full-time, off-site role based in Chennai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and promoting the organization's employer branding to attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the company hires skilled professionals aligned with its values and objectives.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Ability to develop and enhance Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong Interviewing and Recruiting skills to identify and engage top talent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience in 5+ talent acquisition within relevant industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
