Job Title: Technical Associate (Structure Designing) - 1 nos.Location: NoidaQualifications & Skills Required:Education: Bachelors in civil engineering.Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in structural design engineering, preferably in renewable energy, waste management, Biogas, CBG projects.Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, load calculations, and construction methodologies.Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Job Description: Structural Design & Analysis: Perform design and analysis of steel, concrete, and other structural materials for buildings, bridges, and industrial structures. Software Proficiency: Utilize software like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural analysis tools. Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet local and international construction codes and standards (e.g., IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, BS codes). Department Compliance: Ensure designs meet local govt departments (e.g., Fire, Pollution, PESO, Factory & Boiler etc). Project Coordination: Work closely with site engineers and contractors, to ensure design feasibility and constructability. Review & Optimization: Conduct structural calculations, design reviews, and optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Site Support: Provide technical support during construction and resolve any design-related issues. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior team members, review their work, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
