Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Associate in ESG. The ideal candidate will support ESG advisory services, climate risk assessments, and carbon footprint analysis for our clients across various sectors. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality sustainability solutions that align with global standards and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  ESG data collection

  , processing, and reporting aligned with frameworks like GRI, BRSR, SASB, and TCFD.
• Support in conducting

  carbon footprint assessments (GHG accounting Scope 1, 2, 3)

  as per the GHG Protocol.
• Perform research and benchmarking for

  materiality assessments

  and ESG KPIs.
• Help in preparing

  sustainability reports,

  and client presentations.
• Contribute to

  life cycle assessments (LCA)

  and supply chain sustainability analysis.
• Track

  ESG regulations, disclosure requirements

  , and emerging trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Assist in developing proposals, case studies, and client deliverables.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in

  Environmental Science

  ,

  Sustainability

  ,

  Climate Change

  , or a related field.
• Familiarity with

  GHG Protocol

  ,

  GRI Standards

  ,

  Net Zero concepts

  , and

  carbon markets

  .
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A genuine interest in sustainability and climate action.

Preferred (not mandatory):

• Certification in

  ESG / GHG accounting / LCA / CDP / Net Zero

  (e.g., WEC, GRI, Coursera, UNGC).
• Basic understanding of the

  financial implications of ESG risks and opportunities

  .
• Experience working with tools such as

  SimaPro, OpenLCA, or GHG calculators
