Technical Writing Analyst

We seek a Technical Writer to craft clear, accurate, developer-centric documentation for our SDK platform and virtual deployment workflows. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver user guides, API references, and integration tutorials that empower developers to build, validate, and deploy applications effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive SDK documentation, API references, and integration guides.

• Produce step-by-step tutorials, architecture diagrams, and workflow illustrations.

• Partner with engineers to distill complex technical concepts into structured, accessible content.
• Manage documentation versioning in sync with product releases.
• Uphold consistency, accuracy, and style guide compliance across all materials.

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of technical writing experience focused on developer tools, SDKs, or APIs.

• Proven expertise in documenting RESTful APIs and integration workflows.

• Proficiency in Markdown, Swagger/OpenAPI, and Git-based version control.

• Strong grasp of software development fundamentals and Agile methodologies.

• Exceptional written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with static site generators (e.g., MkDocs, Sphinx).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and documentation-as-code approaches.
• Skills in creating visual diagrams (e.g., via Draw.io, Lucidchart) and video tutorials.
• Basic proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or comparable languages.
