Technical Writing Analyst

As a Technical Writing Analyst, your role will involve creating documentation for technical audiences and end users, editing technical content, and ensuring that the content is written in accordance with given standards and guidelines. You will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Key Responsibilities: - Have 1-2 years of documentation experience in documenting software for technical audiences, creative content writing for end user audience, or editing technical content for software products. - Understand the customer perspective and write clean, concise, and approachable content. - Review and edit content to ensure it meets the required standards and guidelines. - Craft content that is easy for end users to understand. - Quickly learn complex technologies. - Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail. - Collaborate with team members and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience. - Knowledge of and experience with XML-based authoring tools such as Oxygen. - Knowledge of and experience with source control software such as Perforce or Git. - Knowledge of DITA and structured authoring. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Ability to read, understand, and build short code samples in various programming languages. - Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce familiarity is a plus). - A related technical degree is required. In addition, it is beneficial to have the ability to work with CRM applications and familiarity with Salesforce. Your experience in an Agile development environment will be an advantage in this role.,
