Finance Manager

We are looking for someone to - oversee the whole Accounts function in SAP such that we start doing timely monthly P&L closings, quarterly full closings etc happen. The person needs to :1) Have good understanding of accounts/ and related processes2) Understanding of how to work in cross functional roles required for ERP (as opposed to tally)3) In order of preference - SAP B1, SAP enterprise, Any other ERP4) Should be meticulous and detailed.5) Maturity to manage the team of 4-5 accounts people who manage AR/AP/FA etc.6) maturity to deal with other departments like Admin/HR/IT etc7) Should be independently responsible for monthly closuresYears of Experience – 10 plus years of experienceTeam handling experience is a must. accounting experience is a must We are seeking for candidates from medium-sized companies.Please do not share candidates who have experience in BPO. We're seeking for candidates from IT organisations. Who understands invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Qualification - CA / MBA.Location – Pune (F2F interview mandatory) Note : Must have worked on SAP-B1 / ERP module only.Mid-Size Org – (1000- 1500 size employee strength)Turn over must in between 150-200 Cr (INR)Control Span – person must be reporting to finance head (directly)Industry – IT preferences / Manufacturing can also workPersonality type: Confident / Sincere /hard working.
