## **Job Description: Finance & QuickBooks Specialist**

### **About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Finance & QuickBooks Specialist** to manage our day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate bookkeeping, and produce timely financial reports. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in **QuickBooks**, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage financial data and reporting for a growing organization.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage all bookkeeping functions using **QuickBooks** (Online or Desktop as applicable).

* Record and reconcile all financial transactions including invoices, payments, expenses, payroll entries, and bank accounts.

* Generate accurate **financial statements and reports**, including:

* Balance Sheet

* Cash Flow Statement

* Accounts Payable/Receivable Aging Reports

* Maintain clean and organized general ledger records.

* Work with management to provide financial insights and variance analyses.

* Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.

* Coordinate with external accountants for audits, tax filings, or statutory submissions.

* Maintain documentation for expenses, reimbursements, and financial approvals.

### **Required Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks** (Online or Desktop).

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.

* Experience preparing complete financial reports and dashboards.

* High proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage confidential information.

### **Preferred Skills**

* Experience in real estate, construction, or service industry bookkeeping (if relevant).

* Knowledge of GST/TDS compliance (India) or relevant tax systems for your region.

* Experience with financial forecasting or budgeting tools.
