## **About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Property Manager** to oversee our residential real estate portfolio. This role involves managing tenant relationships, ensuring smooth property operations, addressing tenant concerns promptly, and supporting tenant acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when needed.

## **Key Responsibilities**

* Manage day-to-day operations of the companys residential properties.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, complaints, and service requests.

* Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.

* Conduct property showings, handle inquiries, and actively participate in **tenant acquisition and retention**.

* Process tenant applications, verify documentation, and support lease signing procedures.

* Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed.

* Manage rent collection follow-ups and support lease renewals.

* Prepare basic reports on occupancy, maintenance updates, and tenant issues for management.

## **Required Qualifications**

* Proven experience in **property management**, residential leasing, or a similar role (preferred).

* **Excellent English communication skills**—both verbal and written—are mandatory.

* Ability and willingness to work **flexible hours, including nights**, based on operational requirements.

* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

* Basic understanding of real estate operations, tenant laws, or leasing procedures (training will be provided).

* Proficiency in using smartphones, basic office software, and communication platforms.
