Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Pune. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing region finance, managing the books, managing budgets, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Manager will also have the additional responsibility of managing the stores department. Qualifications At least 10 years in Accounting practice. Should be skilled in general accounting. Proficiency in Tally ERP. Strong leadership and team management abilities Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus The factory is located at Bhima Koregaon in Pune and the presence of the person has to be 6 days a week at the factory.
